Strawberry Mango
1 mango Mango (peeled, cut into chunks)
1 medium Banana (s) (peeled, sliced, frozen)
5 large (3.5cm dia) Strawberries
1 cup Coconut milk, sweetened
Instructions
1. Combine mango, banana, strawberries, and coconut milk in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
2. Optional: add 1 scoop of vegan protein powder for a more filling breakfast.
Serve and enjoy!
Freeze bananas for a creamy texture.
Protein powder -choose vegan options that are unflavored or naturally flavored and sweetened with stevia. Brands include Genuine Health, Sun-warrior, and Vega.
No coconut milk? Substitute almond, cashew or oat milk.

Spring Green
1 apple skin on, sliced
1 banana peeled, sliced
4 slices cucumber unpeeled
A handful of greens - baby spinach pea shoots etc
Half a pak choi chopped
A squeeze of fresh lime
150 ml fresh cold water
Instructions
Put all of the ingredients into a power blender and blend for 30-60 seconds on high, adding a little extra water if necessary to loosen until the mixture is smooth. Pour into a cup or glass and drink immediately.
Notes
If you don't have a power blender and want to use a normal hand blender, peel and grate the apple and peel the cucumber to help things along.
Easy Spring Favorite Smoothie
1 banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen cherries
4 ice cubes
1/2 cup orange juice
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt½
1/2 teaspoon honey (Optional)
Place the banana, strawberries, blueberries, cherries, and ice cubes into a blender. Pour in the orange juice, vanilla yogurt, and honey. Puree until smooth.
Spring Glowing Green
1 cup filtered or spring water
3 cups chopped spinach
1 cup chopped baby spring mix
2 cups chopped mango
1/2 banana
1 Tbs. fresh lime juice
Add the water, spinach and baby spring mix to the blender. Starting the blender on a low speed, blend until smooth.
Gradually moving to higher speeds, add the mango, banana and lime juice, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
